OFFGRID Foundations is the starting point for athletes to build rock-solid movement skills

Focus: Acceleration and deceleration, change of direction, body control, and landing mechanics.

Ideal for: Novice athletes who need strong fundamentals before advanced speed or heavy strength work.

DEVELOPMENT

(11-14)

OFFGRID Development takes athletes beyond the basics and pushes speed, strength, and conditioning through OFFGRID's unique individualized approach.

Focus: Top-end speed, multi-directional agility, progressive strength training, and sport-specific conditioning.

Ideal for: Intermediate athletes who already move well and can handle more intensity and training volume.

Performance

(15-18)

OffGrid Performance is built for serious athletes chasing high level results.

Focus: High intensity speed and power, advanced plyometrics, strength and power lifting, and data driven testing and tracking.

Ideal for: Advanced athletes competing at the varsity level who prioritize training.

ELITE

Who it’s for: Athletes selected by the coaching staff based on performance, mindset, and commitment to a long term high performance path.

What it includes: Group training, advanced pro style speed and strength sessions, deeper testing and analytics, mentorship on recruiting, and expectations that mirror a college or professional environment.

How to qualify: Athletes are evaluated from OG performance sessions invitations are extended only when an athlete consistently demonstrates exceptional ability, coachability, and professionalism.
